1. Overview

TopUpCredits are virtual, closed-loop credits that may be used only at participating platforms that accept them. Credits have no cash value and are non-withdrawable.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued. By purchasing Credits, you agree to this Policy.

2. All Sales Are Final

Once Credits are delivered to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or resold.
  • Credits cannot be refunded due to change of mind, unused balance, or lack of satisfaction with third-party services.

This is because Credits are instantly usable and consumable digital value.

3. Exceptions (When Refunds May Be Issued)

A refund may be granted only in the following cases:

a) Non-Delivery of Credits

If Credits were not delivered due to a technical failure and the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the affected transaction.

b) Legal Requirements

If applicable consumer protection laws require a refund, we will comply.

c) Unauthorized Transactions

If your payment method was used without your authorization, you must:

4. Chargebacks (Important Notice)

You always retain the right to dispute transactions with your card issuer.

However, misuse of chargebacks ("friendly fraud"), including:

  • claiming you did not receive Credits when our logs show delivery, or
  • claiming you did not authorize a payment that was authenticated,

may result in:

  • suspension of your account,
  • loss of Credits, and
  • refusal of future service.

We provide evidence in disputes such as:

  • 3-D Secure or device authentication checks
  • IP address & device fingerprint
  • Timestamped consent logs
  • Credit delivery records

5. How to Request Support

If you believe there has been an error with your Credits, contact:

  • Order ID or Transaction ID
  • Email used at checkout
